The technician was very good. He completed the replacement of my spring and adjusted my door promptly. The spring broke at night and they were out the next morning to fix It. I couldn’t be happier with the service that was provided by West BayGarage Doors provided.

They were especially great about responding to my technical questions (over the phone) for the replacement of the garage door springs, whereas others seemed to want to secure the job, come out for an estimate, and then answer my questions. They were even able to come out the same day. This was very helpful to my tenants because they were unable to open the garage (even manually). The tenants were very impressed with the technician and with his work. Thank you for the prompt and professional service!

I was happy with the price. They did what they said they were going to do, but this is just a contractor that subs everything out. Even the person that did the estimate was a subcontractor. Its a bit confusing, but, in this instance, it worked well enough.
