Jose responded to our request promptly despite it being "after hours". He followed up the next morning, arrived same day as he committed. He thoroughly checked out the problem and made the repairs efficiently and professionally. Being a property manager for years, I recognize experience and professionalism of which Jose demonstrated. Jose was very diligent to fix a difficult problem. He really had to do some digging to figure out the reason for two outlets not working. His charge was more than fair for three and a half hours of work. I highly recommend him and he's my guy moving forward!

Jose is professional, we requested for a 7:30am Sunday appointment and he showed up at 7:15am. We were very impressed of his work ethic and professional performance.
