Our prices are competitive and comparable to other local carpet and upholstery cleaning services. We offer discounts to seniors, veterans and teachers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is to ask specific questions about what they need to have cleaned and the current condition of the carpets and upholstery or tile and grout. We also ask about their location and type of home that they live in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training is completed in our shop and out in the field. Each employee is instructed on the proper use of the equipment and the chemicals. We teach them on how to identify stains and what to use on the stains to remove them. They are also taught how to enter and exit a job site. The customer's property is our main concern when it comes to the entire cleaning process.
