- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Repair cost can vary depending on many differnet factors such as appliance, parts needed, and level of repair. Our pricing structure is Trip/Diagnosis Charge + Labor + Parts + Sales Tax = Total charge. Never any hidden charges!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need some information in order to schedule and give as accurate estimate as possible. The information we need from our customers are Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Model Number of Appliance, Issue wth the Appliance. Next is scheduling an appointment which can be done by calling 239451FAST and scheduling with one of our friendly office staff or by booking online via our website.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our friendly technicians are highly trained and can answer all your questons. With over 15 years of experience, we've seen it all and can help you with anyting that comes up. Our technicians have continued training on new products on a monthly basis so we can always give our customers the best experience.
