Shawn from Beal Renovations is phenomenal! I reached out to him to finish a bathroom and laundry room after our previous contractor stopped showing up. This was an emergency situation since we needed to get the house finished ASAP. Shawn delivered 1000%! He went out of his way to accommodate our schedules to come and give us a quote for the scope of work. He was responsive, respectful, and honest. Shawn promised he would have the work done in two days and he delivered! He gave us a fair quote, told us exactly what he would be doing, gave me a detailed list of materials to purchase, sent pictures throughout the process, and the end product was meticulous. He was clean and thorough and I will definitely contact him for future projects. For reference, Shawn added drywall where it needed to be finished, patched up some areas that needed drywall, sanded the walls, primed, and painted, added frames around two doorways, did the corner bead on an additional doorway and hung up the cabinets in the laundry room. Pictures include some before and after.

Beal Renovations is amazing!!! I called them to do a deep clean on my home before a family reunion. They were prompt, professional and extremely thorough!! They went over and beyond, even fixing a fan that hasn’t worked in years and some tiles that had came up over time. I will definitely be calling you guys again!!
