I believe in up front pricing. I provide an itemized estimate and a 90 day parts and labor guarantee in writing
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Diagnostic fee is paid upfront and is deducted if hired to repair the appliance
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years experience and direct vendor training and constantly keeping up with new technology. Factory certified and EPA 608 certified.
