I had 2 separate appliances that needed repair. James was able to diagnose both quickly. The dishwasher needed a new part which he ordered on the spot. We set up a day to come back when the part came in. The part came in the following day and he came out that day to replace it 3 days early. Will definitely use him again

I was at first wary about a local affiliate of a national organization coming into my home to repair an electric appliance. All qualms quickly disappeared as the professional bent over backwards to set an appointment at a time that fit my busy schedule. He was on time to the minute and set to work immediately, taking care to explain to me why every step was important. He was exceptionally tidy, taking care to protect countertops, and keeping waste material to a minimum. He replaced a necessary part quickly and the job took less time than I had scheduled for his work. Billing was completely transparent and the price came exactly to his estimate. In sum, I am delighted with the work he did, with his professional approach to working in my home, and the very reasonable price for his work.

I believe in up front pricing. I provide an itemized estimate and a 90 day parts and labor guarantee in writing

25 years experience and direct vendor training and constantly keeping up with new technology. Factory certified and EPA 608 certified.
