Absolutely amazing service , highly professional, very experienced team. Jose is an absolute pleasure to work with, very humble and helpful. He explains everything along the way, takes pictures to show the before and after, the steps of what they are doing etc. Even when the scope of work increased due to the problem being bigger than anticipated, we felt comfortable and never taken advantage of. We noticed a water stain on the ceiling and started getting estimates for roof repair. J&M Roofing Repair came out the same day to investigate and provided an on the spot estimate. I asked Jose to inspect the rest of the roof while he was here and he found 50 broken tiles. His quote to repair the leak and replace/repair the broken tiles was fair and his crew was here the next morning to begin the work. He offered a 2 year warranty on his work and was very polite and professional. He provided an entire digital photo album of the job for our records and will be our go to contractor for any future roof repairs.
