Alexi was responsive to my initial query. The quality of the work was good. A few hiccups. The lights above the pool cage were disturbed and left out of place. Alexi stated he forgot to mention it and stated it just came off the hook. I now have to call to get that readjusted. Additionally, the quote was increased because he stated the pool cage was not in the quote. This contradicts the picture that he sent that stated, "Everything circled in red would be cleaned. He was responsive and showed up within a reasonable time from the appointment time. My suggestion to this professional is to ensure clear communication, i.e., pricing. Also, when something happens, inform the customer.

Wow!! Alexi’s professional workmanship in cleaning our roof was exceptional AND with the best price among a dozen bidders. Others were no-shows or wanted to be paid upfront without even meeting us or made promises and then nickel and Dimes or showed up with broken equipment. Alexi and his team cleaned our white S tile roof til it sparkled bright white. Amazing job. He was responsive, ontime, had a professional set up. We will absolutely be our roof cleaning vendor of choice as long as he’d in business! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
