Recently, my brother sold his house, and his agent was Joel Freis. In my 75 years on this planet, I have never met a more professional man in my life. Joel was upfront, honest to the point, and if you needed to call him anytime during the process, he was quick to return your call and professional at all times he fulfilled all the promises he made in the experience of selling a house, which is normally difficult became easy. While selling my house and knowing many realtor friends, I decided to go a different route and research on someone who I didnt know but had the experience and can be trustworthy Thats when I found Joel and his partner Denise. After finding a buyer within a week and the buyer falling out, both of them regroup and had another contract the following week. Trusted them with my house while showing it and they were always a phone call away to answer any question. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future most definitely!
