He was quick, organized, detail oriented and helped me find the perfect home... not once, but TWICE. Jeffery helped me find a home in 2017 and I knew exactly who to call 2 years later when I was buying a second home. He spent hours answering my questions, providing data about the area, the pros/cons of certain properties. He knows the South Florida market exceptionally well. I sent Jeffery a text at 8pm asking if he could write me a legally binding lease. Within 30 mins it was written, signed and delivered! Jeffery is a huge asset to the South Florida market.
