Overall - a '5' - Sunshine State Vacation Rentals did a fantastic job. I live across the state near Tampa, and it was impossible for me to manage my investment property in Ft. Lauderdale. Sunshine State not only helped manage the property, but also coordinated work with other contractors to help fix any issues on the property. They really put my mind at ease, would hire again!
