Hands down best company! My husband and I are out of state and needed property management. We interviewed a few companies before speaking to Hannah and her team. We knew instantly they were the way to go. They have taken care of anything and everything you can possibly think of. We’ve also had multiple bookings in just a week of our listing going live. Overall - a '5' - Sunshine State Vacation Rentals did a fantastic job. I live across the state near Tampa, and it was impossible for me to manage my investment property in Ft. Lauderdale. Sunshine State not only helped manage the property, but also coordinated work with other contractors to help fix any issues on the property. They really put my mind at ease, would hire again!
