I’ve been teaching yoga for 13 years. I’ve done thousands of hours of training, continuing education and teaching. My passion is helping people heal naturally through holistic practices. My expertise is in posture, yoga, movement, breath work and meditation. I guide people to heal injuries and chronic pain by learning how to build strength, mobility, and movement patterns so they feel their best and sustain a pain free and healthy lifestyle. I teach breathing techniques and meditation practices that guide people towards taking control over their physical and emotional well being. I’ve experienced and witnessed the incredible healing powers of holistic therapies and I love to share it with others.
