FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a concierge physical therapy provider and in an effort to provide the best care possible, I do not accept insurance. However, clients who work with me often save time and money when compared to traditional insurance-based physical therapy. This is due to the effectiveness of the treatments I provide. For example: a patient with knee pain often requires only 3-5 visits with me spread over 3-4 weeks to have a dramatic reduction or even elimination of their pain. In contrast, traditional physical therapy under the insurance model typically dictates 3 visits a week for 8 weeks. Depending on your copay this is likely much more costly than the 3-5 visits with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a first session I identify what limitations the client has with their daily life or activity as well as what their personal goals are. This gives me a good idea of what we should work on first and provides a roadmap for the treatment. Following this discussion I perform an in-depth assessment and diagnostic procedure to determine muscular imbalances, weaknesses, and deficits. Lastly, I address these findings utilizing manual therapy, exercises, and the neufit device. This approach is extremely efficient and effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in myofascial work, sports training, neurological rehab, and a certified Neufit Provider.
