This is a very trustworthy reliable and professional dog care service. I’ve had a great experience with them. I work Mon to Fri for 8-9 hours so it’s too long for my puppy to be home alone all day. I have her come to the house and take my puppy for walks and play with him. Each day at work I look forward to getting a wonderful email update from her with photos of my pup and lists of activities they did together, as well as documentation of if he pooped, peed, or drank water (all very important info when they’re in the puppy stage and in training). I love how responsive she is and flexible with my changing work schedule. And Clay absolutely adores her (I can tell by all the photos)!

Jesse walks on water. I called her on quite short notice with an urgent request: could she care for my 5 small Yorkies starting late on a Sunday evening and continuing until Monday evening. She moved mountains in her family and professional schedules to accommodate this extraordinary request. Jessy knows that every dog is different, so I brought my Girls with detailed notes regarding their personalities and special needs. It was obvious from our phone calls, text messages and photos from Jessy during the next 24 hours that she had carefully read and followed all of my instructions and requests. Over many years, I have engaged scores of professional service providers, and I have never been more pleased with anyone than I am with Jessy. I absolutely love Bark & Purr SoFLo, they are amazing, hardworking and timely individuals. As a flight attendant I am always on the road and I can’t think of a better place for my baby to be than with them. I appreciate them wholeheartedly and am blessed to have them walk and have overnights with my fur baby. They genuinely care and it shows!

This was our first time to have someone care for our pets (dog and birds) so there was some apprehension. Initial meeting with Jessy and Kaya was great and felt at ease right away. Both were professional, warm, friendly and did a great job that we are very grateful. They sent constant updates/pictures, kept the place clean and even did few extra favors in our absence.
