- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified fitness trainer with NASM. Additionally, I have 3 years of experience working with clients, expertise in areas like strength training, weight loss, and rehabilitation. My approach combines evidence-based practices with personalized strategies to help clients achieve their fitness goals safely and effectively.
