I have to say, I can’t think of enough great things to say about Julie…she is awesome! Her enthusiasm is off the charts! She really enjoys what she does and it shows. And she offers more than just exercise. She offers great ideas and advice about nutrition, healthy meals, helps with setting and maintaining goals. My girlfriend and I reached out to Julie for one on one training in our home gym. Julie was and is super responsive and very clear when explaining how the process and payments work. My girlfriend sees her twice a week now and we absolutely love her! She provides above and beyond follow ups and instructions and so on, to keep you on your path to success! I have been training with Julie virtually for the past 3 months. I have been pretty active most of my life but needed help and structure with my nutrition and wanted to get fit and gain muscle after some health complications. I have already lost inches in my waist which has been a trouble area for me all my life and seeing changes in my body! Juls has helped me gain confidence throughout my training sessions with her and understand my body’s needs with workouts and nutrition. Highly recommend her as a trainer
