Working with Shereen was life-changing! Not only was she able to coach me in both exercises and nutrition, but she also customized her instruction, working with some of my physical limitations. This was crucial because I didn’t want to aggravate any old injuries. I love working with her because she has such a positive attitude and is a joy to work with, even at 5 AM in the morning! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please note that I am located in south Florida. I am open to accepting virtual clients, however, in person training is available to Fort Lauderdale clients. I am open to discussing additional pricing outside of my target areas for Broward county and Dade county clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding their goal and their WHY? As well as understanding any physical limitations so that I am able to program their routine.
