FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One hour sessions are priced at 70$ per hour. There are special rates for small group training (2-5 people). Clients are required to purchase sessions in a one month interval. It is extremely important that programming, nutritional coaching, and workouts are done on a consistent basis. By paying once a month clients can be fully committed to getting results, and I can be fully committed to providing them consistent programming. Discounts are given for those that train 3 or more times per week AND pay monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is schedule a road map session. During this session we discuss the client's current lifestyle. It is important to understand what roadblocks have prevented them from achieving their goals in the past. From there I take their body fat and weight, and get them some metrics as to their overall health and fitness level. The next step is to plan out a road map, explaining how we're going to get the goals they want, what is required of them, and what they can expect from me. After this session, we set up a schedule to get started. During the next few weeks we work on fixing any deficiencies a client may have while simultaneously working on their goals AND nutritional coaching. All clients are provided with personalized nutritional coaching (it could be calorie counting, Macronutrient numbers, or an actual meal plan), along with a workout program to do on the days they do not train at the facility with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always looking into new studies or certifications to stay relevant in the health and fitness world. I have been a NASM/AFAA CPT for over 10 years. I believe in practicing what you preach, and I exercise 6 days per week. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida. My fields of study were Law, Criminal Justice, and Political Science. I had a double minor in Business and Coaching, with a specialization in coaching basketball. I believe that my degree has given me the ability to find unique solutions for the problems that my clients have. The most challenging part of any fitness program is finding a way to build successful habits in a client that fit their lifestyle, and this is where I excel.
