FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When working with us, our pricing operates on a contingency fee basis, meaning you only pay if we win your case. If we are able to settle your case before filing a lawsuit, our fee is 33.3% of the settlement amount. If we need to file a lawsuit, our fee increases to 40%. You won’t have to worry about upfront costs, and you can trust that we are fully committed to securing the best possible outcome for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we start with an intake call to thoroughly discuss the details of your case. During this call, we’ll ask questions to understand the specifics of your situation, the injuries you’ve sustained, and any other important factors. After that, we’ll collect any necessary documents related to the incident, such as police reports, incident reports, photographs, medical records, and insurance information. Once we have everything in order, one of our priorities is ensuring you receive the proper medical treatment. If you haven’t already seen a healthcare provider, we’ll help connect you with trusted medical professionals who can provide the care you need to recover. Throughout the process, we’ll guide you step-by-step and keep you updated on the progress of your case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in the top 1% of my law school class and scored in the top 1% on the Florida Bar Exam. Early in my career, I worked as a litigation attorney for a well known insurance company, which gave me invaluable insight into how they evaluate and handle claims. This experience has allowed me to better understand their strategies and to use that knowledge to effectively advocate for my clients.
