Our typical process for working with a new customer begins with a consultation to understand their dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and any specific meal requirements. During this conversation, we discuss factors like preferred cuisines, any dietary restrictions, and desired portion sizes. Once we gather these details, we create a customized meal plan tailored to their needs. After the client approves the plan, we finalize scheduling, meal prep logistics, and address any questions. We handle everything from ingredient sourcing to preparation, providing fresh, ready-to-eat meals directly in their fridge. Throughout the service, we maintain open communication to adjust plans as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Chef Maika holds a degree in Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management from the Florida Culinary Institute. This formal education is complemented by years of hands-on experience in top restaurants and luxury hotels, including the Rusty Pelican, W South Beach Hotel, Conrad, The Ritz-Carlton, and PGA National Resort. This background provides a strong foundation in culinary techniques and flavor development, especially in Asian, Caribbean, and Mediterranean cuisines, which are specialties in her personal chef services.
