- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military discount on all services over $40
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call to confirm the doc/docs that the customer is requesting to have notarized. We then confirm an appointment time, the notary who will be coming to your location then send a confirmation text to ensure we have the address, date and time correct. Before dispatching to your location, the notary will send you a text message that they are en route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
One of the co-owners have a Bachelors in Legal Studies. Both owners are certified NNA loan signing agents
