- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After knowing what the clients need, we give them a quote stating all the necessary information for them to move forward. All our quotes are final meaning there are no hidden or extra fees. Once agreed on price and date, then the service is scheduled. Clients will receive an reminder e-mail 3 days before the scheduled date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12+ years in furniture delivery, pick up and assembly experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It all started when a friend of mine needed to pick up a patio furniture set he found online for his backyard. By that time I had a pickup truck so I decided to help him. At first I didn't think all the pieces would fit in the truck bed however after organizing them all in the right way, they did. That made me realize that he might not be the only one with this kind of need.
