FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on job size, potential discounts, additional fees, and payment terms. We provide free inspections during which we can offer an approximate price estimate immediately. Following the inspection, a detailed estimated price will be provided within 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact and Assessment The process begins when a customer reaches out to our company. We gather essential information from the customer regarding the nature of the damage, the extent of the issue, and any immediate concerns they may have. This can be done through a phone call or email. 2. Scheduling an On-Site Inspection Once initial information is collected, the next step is to schedule an on-site inspection. A qualified technician will visit the property to assess the damage firsthand. During this inspection, we will evaluate: • The type of damage (water, fire, mold). • The affected areas (walls, floors, ceilings). • Any structural concerns that need immediate attention. • Potential safety hazards. 3. Detailed Estimate Preparation After completing the on-site inspection, we will prepare a detailed estimate outlining all necessary services. 4. Review and Approval Once the estimate is prepared, it is presented to the customer for review. If necessary, adjustments can be made based on feedback or budget considerations. 5. Planning and Scheduling Work After receiving approval from the customer, planning begins in earnest. This involves scheduling work crews and ordering necessary materials or equipment needed for restoration. 6. Execution of Restoration Work With everything in place, restoration work commences according to plan. 7. Final Walkthrough and Customer Satisfaction Check Upon completion of restoration work, a final walkthrough with the customer takes place. This allows them to see all completed restoration firsthand and ensures that everything has been done according to their expectations. 8. Documentation and Follow-Up Finally, documentation related to insurance claims (if applicable) will be provided to assist customers in filing their claims efficiently. Follow-up communication after project completion to ensure long term satisfaction.
