After receiving several quotes for mold removal companies I decided to go with Ok Restoration. Their price was over a thousand dollars lower than the closest bid. It was all inclusive and included the Clearance Certificate. While the price did play a factor it was not the only one. His inspection of the unit was through, I found him to be very professional, always responding to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Moshe kept me updated throughout the process by pictures, phone calls emails as I was out of town. He also did additional cleaning at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Ok Restoration without any hesitation

The free inspection was super thorough. They gave me valuable information on the process and how to fix the problem. I didn’t end up hiring them yet because I have to wait for insurance adjuster, etc. but I would totally hire them in the future.
