- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take the time to go over a list of items with clients this way are able to provide a flat guaranteed price for their relocation. This will prevent any up charges on the day of the pick-up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the client specific questions to their move, such as do they need any packing services, when are they ready for delivery, is there any requirements with the gated community or building, etc. Again this to make sure we know all information ahead of time to minimize stress and confusion for the client.
