- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a loyalty program that provides a free third hour once the first two are booked. Only every third hour is free, so for example if you book 6 hours you would only pay for four.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new people every single day. I always greet them with a smile and answer any questions they may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been driving for 23 years and have a background in valet as well as working in the rental car industry as a porter for Hertz. I have also lived in the state of Florida for 40 years and know how to maneuver the harsh and hectic traffic conditions throughout the Tri-County area.
