Darryl is a very pleasant individual with a great smile. The only issue I have is that he was not upfront with me. From the get go I told him I didn’t like the look of the palm tree he bought to put in my front yard but he convinced me that it was the same as the one I showed him. In the end after it was already planted in the ground it was at that point he told me the smaller palm that I liked was much more expensive. I wished he had given me the option to make a decision if I was willing to spend a little more just to get what I really wanted. Things went well until that moment. Not very happy about that but I learned from this and will never let this happen to me again.
