- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing automatically correlates with our experience and using the best of the best finishing materials on the market. All our materials are high end European-based coatings. We do not use local maintenance coatings found in local hardware stores or paint stores. We use material dedicated for only cabinetry and furniture.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically an introduction first! We love hearing about the project, the ideas that our customers have for the space that they are inquiring about. Then we proceed with pictures, after receiving the pictures, we go through a detailed break down of our process, how we execute on the project. Once the phone assessment is done, we will schedule a free estimate in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned, we have over 25 years of experience in the fine finishing business. We’ve also traveled and attended many different certified technician courses pertaining to cabinet refinishing and furniture refinishing. The technology of the coatings, machines and materials are constantly changing and we love to learn about all the new things the industry has to offer while staying true to our process! There always room for improvement!
