I recently hired Top cleaning and more to clean my condo, and unfortunately, the service fell far below expectations. Despite the initial assurances of thorough cleaning, several areas were neglected:
• Floors: There was still visible dust and debris, especially in the corners and along the baseboards.
• Kitchen: The counters were wiped down, but there were food stains left on the backsplash, the oven was not cleaned after I specifically asked for it to be cleaned in initial communications .
• Bathroom: the bathroom floors were not cleaned, toilet base still had dust and debris, and sink looked like it was not cleaned with cleaning products .
• Attention to Detail: High-touch areas like light switches and doorknobs weren’t wiped down, and the windowsills were dusty.
What’s most disappointing is that I brought up these concerns to their team, they said they would ask management if they could come back, and I haven’t heard from them since.
For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard of service. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you’re seeking a truly professional cleaning job.
