FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients know ahead of time about the price range, there are no hidden or surprise prices. I always specify the cost of the project to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First: I contact with the client , visit their home to ask them questions. These gives me a better view and chance to hear there ideas and points that they want in there kitchen to look like, as well as me giving my design ideas to them, so we can start discussing the materials part. Second: Before discussing the materials, we need to finalize the price range on the proposal that explains the cost of the project. That the client agrees with. Third: Then I present my client to the showroom from Jarlin and Eurocraft. This gives the client a better view of the materials such as the cabinets, countertops, sinks, Foucets and handles. As well as the accessories they would like to put in the kitchen. This always helps the client to see the quality and vision they’ll have in their kitchen, while feeling positive about their decision of design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of work experience in the field of construction, bathrooms, ceilings , remodeling and painting. And from that knowledge, I’m currently doing kitchen designs.
