Gloss Cleaning Services did a fantastic job cleaning my house. We have a lot of glass and windows and everything was sparkling when they were done. I have already booked the next service. Highly recommend - You will not be disappointed!

Great job cleaning. However, customer service was left lacking. Didn’t communicate well before arriving even though the appointment was set several days before the date. Also raised the price by 60% with no description of why. Finally, they wouldn’t take payment by Zelle, CashApp, etc. only cash or check. Overall, really loved the cleaning job but won’t be using them again due to poor customer service.

Hello we apologize, we love that you liked the service but obviously it could not be the same agreed price because its cleaning was more than a standard cleaning, it was a deep cleaning, also you wanted the clothes washed and folded, we called you to inform you that We needed more time as the apartment was really dirty and it was not a “Standard” cleaning, and if we accept CASH APP, ZELLE, CASH or CHECK regarding the appointment you yourself scheduled the appointment for the date agreed by instantly booking. Worth every penny! My house feels like heaven and I feel like a pampered Queen. I can’t think of a better way to spend my newly acquired paycheck- Like a vacation without leaving home. Rosa and Ana were great!
