New clients get 1 free extra service: fridge cleaning (inside) or oven cleaning (inside). We also provide 1 free load of laundry for those who want us to do the laundry (usually is bed sheets). Our pricing is transparent and competitive. We offer discounts for new clients and seasonal discounts for our recurring services. We offer a variety of additional services, and the final price for each project will depend on the specific services the client requires. If any additional costs arise, we always discuss them with you beforehand. We're committed to providing excellent value for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with: 1. Initial consultation to understand your specific needs and expectations. We can do this via messages in the app or via a quick video call. Or you can send us photos of the most problematic areas. This helps us understand the scope of work and ensure we meet your needs. 2. Provide a detailed quote and discuss any questions you may have. 3. Schedule the service at a time that’s convenient for you. For bigger projects we may kindly ask a prepayment via Zelle using the company’s email. 4. During the service, our team ensures thorough and high-quality work. 5. Afterward, we follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied and address any feedback you might have.

Our training includes hands-on experience in professional cleaning and organization techniques, along with ongoing education in industry best practices. We've taken courses in cleaning protocols, green cleaning methods, and time management to ensure efficiency and safety. Additionally, we’ve learned a lot through years of working directly with clients, tailoring services to meet their specific needs and preferences.
