The program will cover:
-Nourishing foods
-Wholesome diets
-Daily exercise and mindful movement
-Digital detoxing and EMF hygiene
-Clean and safe household products including shampoo/conditioner, make-up, lotions, creams, detergents, etc. -Relaxation techniques
-Sleep schedule
MIND YOUR MINDFULNESS
The program will cover:
-Mindful movement including yoga, stretching, and gentle exercise. -Meditation techniques
