I hired Step Up Home Improvements to renovate a pool house room and bathroom, and I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to start a second project—a small bathroom renovation and some interior painting - even before the initial work was completed. Like any renovation, there were a few minor hiccups, but every issue was handled promptly, professionally, and with a great attitude. The crew was skilled, but also friendly and accommodating, making the process smooth. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. The pricing was competitive, and the quality of work fully met my expectations. This was an extremely positive experience, and I’ll definitely be hiring them again for future home renovation projects. Step Up Home Improvements did a fantastic job, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Highly recommended!

Step Up was hired to replace all the floors within my home (1400 sq ft) and remodel my family room (new drywalls on all the walls and transform drop down ceiling to a regular ceiling). They did great! Floors were replaced quickly and look amazing. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the family room—Charles was very transparent regarding the issues and the pricing that went along with it. He wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. The pricing was reasonable considering the scope of the job. I had several quotes to choose from but I am so happy that I chose Step Up!I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Charles and his team were amazing to work with! They were honest with pricing and the quality of our floors came out amazing. Coordinating and scheduling everything was a breeze and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to redo their floors.
