Amazing company from start to finish. Remodeled our guest bathroom from an empty shell to an amazing space. Great communication from start to finish making sure we were 100% satisfied with the job. Unlike other contractors that start a job and finish a month later Step up’s crew was at our place working every day back to back. I called to get an estimate to remodel my guest bath. I wanted to remove the tub and install a shower system. The entire experience was professional from beginning to end, and the quality of the work was exceptional. They were prompt and responsive, and showed up when they said they would. They even had the tiles I liked in warehouse at a most reasonable price so that saved me money. I’m very happy with the work and will definitely use them again. Before and after pictures below.

Step Up was hired to replace all the floors within my home (1400 sq ft) and remodel my family room (new drywalls on all the walls and transform drop down ceiling to a regular ceiling). They did great! Floors were replaced quickly and look amazing. There were some unexpected issues that came up with the family room—Charles was very transparent regarding the issues and the pricing that went along with it. He wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. The pricing was reasonable considering the scope of the job. I had several quotes to choose from but I am so happy that I chose Step Up!I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
