FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clear, upfront pricing. TV mounting starts at $139 on drywall or wood, with add-ons listed. Most other jobs get a flat labor price before I start; materials are extra at cost. Got several small jobs? The Punch List Visit is $329 for up to 3 hours of tasks in one trip. No surprise fees. I take jobs under $1,000 total that don't need a permit or gas work. Not a licensed contractor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send your request with a photo or two. I reply fast, usually within minutes between 8am and 8pm, and call to confirm details. You get a clear price and two time options. I show up on time with my own tools, drop cloths, and a shop vac, do the work, clean up, and walk you through it before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on repair and install work across the East Valley, with 124+ hires on Thumbtack and a 4.9-star rating. I keep a short list of jobs I do all the time — TV mounts, ceiling fans and light fixtures, faucets and toilets, drywall patches, doors, locks, and assembly — so they get done right and fast.
