Rafael was amazing! I had reached out to him needing a window at our gym covered up so we can have mirrors installed. Within the hour I had a response and time set up so he could give me an estimate. He showed up before our scheduled time and did his estimate. He told me verbally what he would charge and then later that day we had the written professional estimate. We will definitely be using him as our handyman from now on.

Rafael came out to take a look at the work I needed done and I told him that the fan in my bedroom was not working but the light was on the fan was working.. so there was power but the fan, being very old had stopped working. He insisted on looking at the outlet that used to co tell the fan, even though I told him I was unable to flip the breaker off because my son was working on his computer and I was not sure which breaker was his bedroom and which one was mine, he still continued to take the outlet out of the wall and poke around with the screwdriver. Then there was a "pop" noise and he checked the power and there was none.. so something shorted out.. and now, I am left with no power in my living room and bedroom. I asked him to come back out to check it.. and he said he would be here at 6:30.. but when I asked him at 4:30 if he was still coming out, he did not respond. So now, I have no power for my Christmas tree and no power for my tv and no power to charge my phone both in my room and in the living room and the photo below shows how he left the outlet that he shorted out. Now I have to call Someone else! Waste of time!

Lisa Contacted us about a Drywall job thats she needs to be done, i went there to have an estimate for her for drywalls, when i got there she said that a couple outlets she installed by herself was not working, and her room was really hot, i said it could be just a bad wiring since she did by herself, and i literally tried to help her have her fans back working, once i was unscrewing the outlet, it blowed inside even before i open it, and then i see the ground wire was on where the neutral goes, the positive on top of the neutral and neutral on ground, that means all wrong, she was not charged a penny for anything, and i said, i’m really busy tomorrow but i will TRY to come back at 6:30 PM to have it done for you, and unfortunately i couldn’t because i have my schedule, and then she did this unfortunate review even when i asked her to pick a day for me to solve her problem, she didn’t want to figure out or let me fix for her. Thats what happened! Thank You
