- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an initial consultation to discuss the project in detail and understand the customer's needs and preferences. This is followed by the development of a detailed project plan and proposal, which includes a timeline and budget estimate. Once the proposal is accepted and the project is underway, we maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure that the work is being completed to their satisfaction. We also make sure to address any concerns or changes that may come up during the course of the project. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget, while also providing excellent customer service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eugene, ENY Contracting founder, has vast experience in the construction industry. Having an engineering degree, he began his career working on high-rise luxury construction in NYC. He learned hands on working with detail orientated clients and providing first-rate service for some of the biggest developers in the country. We want to bring this level of expertise and service to your new project.

What is the scope of the project? What is the budget for the project? What is the timeline for the project? Who will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals? Who will be responsible for purchasing materials? What is the desired outcome of the project? Are there any specific design preferences or requirements? Are there any potential challenges or obstacles that need to be taken into consideration? Is the work site easily accessible? Are there any special considerations or requirements, such as accessibility or energy efficiency?
