- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge free door estimates, but we do charge at $50 service fee that we will remove if $100 or more is spent. Pricing is also the same across all customers. There is no dynamic pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you book an appointment, with us we will come out inspect your door to let you know what is needed to make your door safe and reliable. Once we let you know what is needed. Then you have the ability to decide on what items you would like to fix.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We pride ourselves on having weekly training sessions. That way we know everyone in our company when they show up knows exactly what they are doing.
