Update: Pro communications improved greatly. He kept me informed of his next steps. He showed up when expected and completed his work on time. I have a beautifully hand-crafted reupholstered antique chair and the antique couch make my new apartment more like a home. Just the ‘look’ I was hoping for. I’m very happy with the final product. Working in logistics. We would pick up, pack and deliver antiques/furniture. In many cases some things get bumped or scratched and we would help fix them. Vendors would need repairing service when they would deliver with us as well so we would fix whatever damage was necessary (if we were capable of).
