- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here are ten steps we take with new customers: 1. Get to know the customer. 2. Ask if there are any ideas or dreams we can bring to life. 3. Ask how much the customer is willing to spend on the event. 4. Offer my ideas and give approx. prices. 5.After discussing and confirming prices and products, request the date, time and place for the event. 6. Exchange contacts with the customer (full name, phone # and e-mail). 7. Send an invoice for payment to the customer (the bill can be split 50/50, 50% on the day of confirmation, 50% on the day of the event) 8. Arrive on time on due date, do the job, take a photo/video, inform the customer about the work done. 9. Get the payment from the customer (if the bill was split). 10. Ask the customer to leave feedback on working with us
