- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being that I am new to the Florida market I tried to price myself competitively and faire. The only time that there might be additional fees is for the Gifting Concierge Services and you will only be charged for the cost of the gift wrap or the curated gift box. The only other fee is for send sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal Shopping: After a free phone consultation I usualy meet clients in there closets. We will go through what you currently have, plan out the looks we will be curating and what works best for your life style and body type. The services are customizable and client dictates what his or her needs are. We offer 1. closet organization to help you "shop your closet" and make getting dressed easier by combining outfits. 2. Wardrobe consulting. 3. Personal Shopping. 4. Styling and 5. Image consulting Gifting Concierge: We will need 5 min of your time and a budget. This is a headache free service where we will curate the perfect gift that will be ready for your loved one to unwrap. We offer shopping services, wrapping and custom gift baskets.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
~I have a Bachelors Degree from FIT in Fashion Merchandising Management and an Associates Degree in Marketing. ~ 15+ years working in luxury Retail Management (Bergdorf Goodman, Barneys, DG to name a few). ~Over 5 years working as an account executive in the garment district concentrating on premium denim collections. ~Previous owner of a luxury salon / spa. ~ Created training programs on the art of selling, customer experience and styling a client.
