Dear Troussé J. We appreciate your feedback. We understand that our original starting date didn’t work for you; we accommodated twice on that misunderstanding. All our head painters are required to have at least ten years of experience. Our head painters might have their own methods when it comes to painting, methods that are acquired with all their years of experience, and results that speak for themselves. Additional paint was purchased, then the original estimated amount to accommodate. Most of that paint was left behind for warranty purposes. At Threedropspaint™, our most essential ethics are customer care and work quality. We appreciate and value all our customers, and we also appreciate and value all our employees. Threedropspaint™ believes everyone is entitled to fair treatment, courtesy, and respect.
