Eduard came to my home to add an outlet behind one of my tv’s, which has been working fine. However, ever since the new outlet was added, I’ve been having electrical issues with the power turning off in part of my home. I called him back to evaluate the issue and he suggested to change out part of my breaker system. We made an appointment for him to come the very next day between 4-5pm, he never showed up or called me to inform me that he wasn’t going to come. I wasted an entire day sitting at home and waiting for him until I had to leave out for work. I messaged him to possibly reschedule for a different day, he ignored my message and didn’t respond until the next day after that, that he wouldn’t be able to come at all. I’ve been continuing to have the same electrical issue and felt as though he didn’t care to assist me with resolving it. I had to hire a more reputable electrician to perform the job. Although I had an issue, Laura from the company reached out and apologized and gave me a refund on services rendered. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied.
