Good experience with Sun Star "installation" of new electric panel. The work was done. however it is impossible to reach Alex either via email or the phone. I have requested an invoice that needs specific information so I can get homeowners insurance however I have not heard from them. My insurance broker has also called and emailed to no avail. I would be very weary about recommending them at this point. I paid them on time and was very accommodating and expected professionalism from them.

An A/C soft starter is not a typical install for either an electrician or and A/C tech. Alex and his team researched the product and consulted with A/C partners before even arriving (which was 30 minutes EARLY). I'd use Alex and his team again.

Highly recommended! Fantastic service. I must say I was skeptical about using another electrically service as the one I preferred was not available. Remodeling kitchen and I needed a stove hood installed. Let me tell you Alex was very professional and responsive contacted me immediately after my inquiry and was able to complete the job in less than 24 hours & arrived at the scheduled time! Definitely will be using this company again!

Very pleased with Sun Star Electrical! We hired Alex to diagnose an issue with our ceiling fan/light fixture and repair. We also needed help switching out some track lighting bulbs. He was on time, diagnosed the problem, provided a reasonable price for the repair (which involved replacing the ceiling fan/light and circuit breaker) I ran out and bought a new ceiling fan and he installed it within the hour and cleaned up. Very professional, polite, and reasonable. Saved his number for any future services we may need. Highly recommend!
