The rep said he need to adjust the wheels and just tightened few screws with some sprays. He charged me around $150 for that work, not sure if it is how the market is . Workwise no concerns or issues all good

I was getting my family room sliding door fixed, which others have said needs replacement. SLDS tried to fix the door before jumping onto the conclusion that it needs replacement. And they were accommodating on the price. Manager followed up to check on the projects status multiple times. Thanks a lot.
