They quoted an exorbitant price for a basic window repair and pressured me to go with them. When I said no, they lowered their quote in half. Definitely shady and underhanded, but I hired them anyway. When they came to fix the window the person they sent was a total amateur. Maybe up to the level of an apprentice, but did not have an experienced person with him. He did the glue wrong and it was all over the windows. Then had to come back a few days later to remove it. The window is functional, but not perfect. However, at that point I was not going to ask him to do anything else.

The rep said he need to adjust the wheels and just tightened few screws with some sprays. He charged me around $150 for that work, not sure if it is how the market is . Workwise no concerns or issues all good

$275.00 to replace a $9.00 piece of glass is outrageous. And it took them over a week to get it completed. The tech got to our home and had to leave again because glass was the wrong size. This was after waiting about a week for them to cut the glass. I should gave done the repair myself. What a $$$ hungry company.
