The rep said he need to adjust the wheels and just tightened few screws with some sprays. He charged me around $150 for that work, not sure if it is how the market is . Workwise no concerns or issues all good

SFL quickly responded to our request for quote and dispatched a technician almost immediately. Liran arrived, investigated the problem and advised the repairs necessary along with cost, which was reasonable for this job. Work was carried out professionally and respectfully, with social distancing being maintained. We will certainly hire SFL Sliding Doors again in future should the need arise

I called and they scheduled someone to come out immediately. It was Jay that was/is my tech. He explained everything and didn't up charge me. He also told me things that I thought I wanted and explained why it wasn't right. Very honest guy, and he helped with other items not requested. I would recommend to anyone. Great job. Thank you

They quoted an exorbitant price for a basic window repair and pressured me to go with them. When I said no, they lowered their quote in half. Definitely shady and underhanded, but I hired them anyway. When they came to fix the window the person they sent was a total amateur. Maybe up to the level of an apprentice, but did not have an experienced person with him. He did the glue wrong and it was all over the windows. Then had to come back a few days later to remove it. The window is functional, but not perfect. However, at that point I was not going to ask him to do anything else.
