- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount on ongoing walks or visits of 5 or more per week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we speak with the client and discuss their needs we assign the sitter who would be the best fit. The sitter calls to arrange arrange a complimentary consultation with the clients and their pets. Once everything has been discussed and the client is comfortable the service begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees are trained in pet care and first aid.
