Briana was great I’m willing to book more section . She took her time to work with my dog who never been trained before. Nice wand was on time and explained everything step by step .. overall she was great and will refer her to anyone looking for help to train there dog . Thanks will be seeing you next week

Briana is the best dog trainer ever!! My dog had problems with chasing my cats indoor and barking. Only after the 1st session, he is already behaving better and responding. After the 3rd sessions, he stopped chasing cats, listening to me and no barking!! Unlike the other dog trainers, she doesn’t waste the time taking or teaching unnecessarily tricks, she goes straight on point to work on the dog to fix the behavior problems. My priority was behavior modification for my dog, Briana is great at what she does. I am so happy to meet her. She is also very friendly, sweet and easy to talk to, even though my dog is already behaving better, I like to keep having her session sometimes. My dog loves seeing her too!! Highly recommended

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we begin with a phone call and then schedule a private lesson.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully trained thousands of dogs and worked one on one with families. I’m continually educating myself and have certifications for obedience training, service dog training and more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In 2016/2017 I worked at Creating New Tails as a kennel attendant and assisted the trainer in training her service dogs and in maintaining her board and train program. In 2018 I opened Pack Academy LLC and conducted board and train and private lessons. Now in 2022 - Canine University is my new company.
