- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we try to keep a standard pricing system, it is hard to do because a wedding cannot cost the same as a birthday party, or karaoke cannot cost more than a wedding. Besides, each service is per hour and contingent on travel distance, and/or extra equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The new client hires us or states his/her interest in hiring us. He/she is sent a standard agreement with WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, plus stipulations of the agreement. Then he/she is asked to make a deposit to lock-in-the-date. A signed copy of the agreement must be returned and the deposit made to a PayPal account. This process is that simple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Real-world education is what we have. Since we have been providing DJ and karaoke services for a decade it stands to reason why we are qualified to provides these services and more to you the consumer.
