FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the needs, pricing may be hourly or a flat fee. The advantage of a flat fee is that you will know exactly how much you will be charged, but for limited services. Hourly fees provide services in a more broad manner, but the total charges will vary depending on the complexity of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client begins with an initial interview to ensure that this is the correct relationship for your legal issues. We will discuss your needs, possible solutions and timeline. We will also review a retainer agreement should the client wish to utilize my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors from Tulane University and a law degree from University of Miami. I have over 17 years experience, and have handled some of the most complex cases in Broward County litigation. My experience is unparalleled.
