- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every person is unique. Every case is unique. Most people contact us over the phone or via our website/email. However, some people contact me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram (or even Snapchat). I am available to take your phone calls at all hours of the night and I respond to texts and emails. Some of my clients think that I'm crazy, the hours that I work. Maybe they're right. But aren't you glad that I will be working for YOU?
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
-How many cases they are currently taking on? (To see whether they will treat you like a real person or just a number) -What is your Avvo rating? (You should look for a perfect 10.0) -Are your reviews verified/screened reviews (such as on Thumbtack and Yelp)? -Can you show me examples of reviews by ACTUAL clients? Would any of your former clients be willing to speak with me?
